Perumahan Sapphire Residence Kajen merupakan salah satu perumahan yang dikembangkan oleh PT.Sapphire. Proses promosi penjualan rumah di Sapphire Residence Kajen yang berlangsung dirasa kurang mencukupi, salah satu penyebabnya dikarenakan kurangnya alat peraga dalam hal ini yaitu maket. Terbatasnya jumlah maket, ukurannya yang tidak ringkas dan daya tahannya yang kurang bagus menjadikan maket tidak efektif dalam proses promosi karena sulit dibawa kemana-mana. Aplikasi katalog 3D ini memanfaatkan media smartphone yang berjalan dengan operasi system android yang mudah dibawa kemana-mana dan menerapkan teknologi Augmented Reality yaitu sebuah teknologi yang dapat menggabungkan antara dunia nyata dan dunia virtual secara realtime. Katalog 3D ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem multimedia menurut Sutopo yang terdiri dari 6 tahapan yaitu konsep,desain,pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, testing dan distribusi. Dalam tahap pengujian menggunakan GUI dan UAT. Melalui serangkaian tahap pengembangan dan pengujian tersebut maka telah dihasilkan aplikasi katalog 3D sebagai media promosi berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu proses promosi yang lebih menarik dan informatif serta mudah dibawa.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Sapphire Residence Kajen Housing is one of the houses developed by PT. Sapphire. The process of promoting home sales at the Sapphire Residence Kajen which took place was deemed insufficient, one of the causes was the loss of props in this case, namely the mockups. The limited number of mockups, incomplete size and poor durability make mockups ineffective in the promotion process because they are difficult to carry around. This 3D Catalog application uses smartphone media that runs with the Android operating system which is easy to carry everywhere and uses Augmented Reality technology, a technology that can connect between the real world and the virtual world in realtime. This 3D catalog is designed using the multimedia system development method according to Sutopo which consists of 6 stages namely concept, design, material collection, manufacturing, testing and distribution. In testing using the GUI and UAT. Through the evaluation of the development and testing process 3D application catalogs have been produced as Android-based promotional media. This application can be one solution that can be used to help the promotion process that is more interesting and easier to do.
