Para petani di Kabupaten Batang dalam melakukan kegiatan transaksi jual beli dilakukan dengan cara bertemu langsung antara calon konsumen dengan petani. Namun banyak petani masih menjual hasil pertanian dengan melibatkan tengkulak yang akan memborong hasil pertanian dengan harga rendah. Jika ini terjadi maka akan merugikan petani. Karena biaya operasi produksi tidak sebanding dengan keuntungan yang didapat. Petani juga mengalami masalah dalam memasarkan produk hasil pertanian secara online. Berdasarkan kelemahan tersebut maka dibangun E-Marketplace Produk Hasil Pertanian Yang Terstandarisasi Harga yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai hasil pertanian dan dijadikan solusi dalam membantu para petani untuk memperluas pangsa pasar, sebagai media promosi dan jangkauan untuk mendapatkan calon pembeli jauh lebih besar. Sistem dibangun dengan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang memiliki lima tahapan yang dijabarkan menurut Pressman (2012) yaitu Communication, Planning, Modelling, Construction, dan Deployment. Sistem telah diuji menggunakan Metode Black Box, White Box dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan hasil Sistem sudah berjalan sesuai harapan dan bebas dari kesalahan. Hasil pengujian UAT menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat diterima oleh pengguna Dinas, Penjual dan Pembeli. Sistem yang telah berhasil dibangun perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut mengenai fitur chatting antara pembeli dan penjual, fitur notifikasi secara realtime, fitur dompet serta fitur komplain barang.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Farmers in Batang Regency in conducting buying and selling transactions carried out by meeting directly between potential consumers and farmers. But many farmers still sell agricultural products by involving middlemen who will buy up agricultural products at low prices. If this happens it will harm farmers. Because the operating costs of production are not comparable with the profits. Farmers also have problems marketing their agricultural products online. Based on these weaknesses, a Standardized Agricultural Product Product E-Marketplace was built that could provide information about agricultural products and be used as a solution in helping farmers to expand market share, as a promotional medium and reach to get potential buyers far greater. The system is built by the Waterfall system development method which has five stages which are described according to Pressman (2012), namely Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. The system has been tested using the Black Box Method, White Box and User Acceptance Test (UAT) with the results that the system has been running as expected and free from errors. UAT test results show that the system can be accepted by the Office, Seller and Buyer users. The system that has been successfully built needs to be further developed regarding the chat features between buyers and sellers, the realtime notification feature, wallet features and item complaint features.
