Deskripsi Alternatif :Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Batang Regency is one of the implementing units of regional autonomy led by a Head of Service who is under and is responsible to the Regent of Batang. From observations made at DPMPTSP about the process of archiving from the initial stage of archiving to the process of rediscovering documents and interviews with Mr. Husen Subendi, S.S.T,.Ars (Archive) dan Mrs. Wiwit (Service), it can be concluded that the existing problem in broad outline is the system that already exists in DPMPTSP Batang Regency, one of which is the Application Simardi (sistem informasi manajemen arsip dinamis). The use of the application is not optimal because the system is still based desktop dan offline so there are still various obstacles in its use such as access to the system, sometimes the system error, the data has not been automatically synchronized between the existing archive system in service with the existing archive system in the archive, the absence of softcopy or archives has not yet become digital so rediscovery requires a long time. With the problems faced by DPMPTSP Batang Regency related to the archiving system, an improvement or development of the system is needed so that the archive becomes digital and web-based, making it easier to rediscover and facilitate access to the system. This system is made by the waterfall system development method (Pressman 2015) there are 5 stages: communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment. System testing methods using GUI (Graphical User Interface) and UAT (User Acceptance Test). So we get the conclusion that the Web-Based Licensing E-Archive at DPMPTSP Batang Regency has made it easier for archivists and services in terms of access to the system, active archive data search, inactive archive data, rediscovery of archives made in pdf format, and data synchronization has occurred. the archive system that is in service with the archive system that is in the archive.
